Returns and Fragrance Related Issues- The majority of our items are custom made per order (Candles, Tarts, Bath & Body, all handmade products, etc.). ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not allow changes once you placed your order. We do not offer returns or exchange of merchandise. All of our items are packaged securely upon leaving our facility. If a glass candle or item is damaged, usps.com does insure for up to $50.00. To file a claim visit this link https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm#filing. We do not offer returns on the reason that you do not like the certain fragrance you ordered. Please test scents in small quantities first before purchasing in large amounts.
We do not offer returns for scents that you feel are not strong enough or scents that you feel that were stronger when you purchased them before. Many variables can play into this including type of warmer, air flow, etc.
